The Teisco EV-52T, crafted in Japan around 1968, is a rare and innovative example of vintage Japanese electric guitar design. A top-tier model of its era, it features Mosrite-inspired styling, active electronics, and a distinctive German-carved double-cutaway body. This guitar combines collectible value with playable, versatile tone.

  • Body & Neck: Double-cutaway body with German carve, bolt-on maple neck with slim, comfortable profile.

  • Fingerboard: Rosewood fretboard with oval inlays, 22 frets.

  • Pickups & Electronics: Two single-coil pickups, individual pickup switches, 1x volume, 1x tone, passive/ active circuit, faders controlled by the active effects circuit

  • Hardware: Mosrite-style tremolo bridge (tremolo arm missing),chrome tuners, single-ply pickguard.

  • Shows marks, blemishes, and aging consistent with its 1960s heritage.

  • Has had a bar fitted at the tailpiece for break angle. Cap has come off the selector switch. Effects switch plastic is split but still holding.

  • All internals in perfect working order.
