Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to Australia at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on the destination, weight, and level of insurance. You’ll see the exact amount before completing your order.

How long will my guitar take to arrive?

Delivery times vary by destination. Domestic orders usually arrive within 3–8 business days.

Is shipping insured?

Yes. All guitars are shipped fully insured for peace of mind.

Do you offer express or same-day delivery?

Express shipping is available at an additional cost. Same-day delivery may be possible for local orders—contact us before purchasing to confirm.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

If there is something wrong with the product that is not visible on the listing, we can provide a return. Everything is sold as described. The item must be returned in the same condition as received.

Do your guitars come with a warranty?

No but all products are professionally set up and tested before sale. Vintage and pre-owned guitars are sold as-is but undergo a full inspection before shipping.

Can I return a guitar if it doesn’t sound like I expected?

Tone can be subjective, we do not offer returns.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Setup & Care

Are the guitars professionally set up before shipping?

Yes. Every guitar is inspected and set up for optimal playability before it leaves our shop.

Can I request a custom setup or string gauge?

Absolutely. Leave your preferences in the order notes or contact us after purchase, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

How should I care for my guitar after purchase?

Keep your guitar in a stable, humidity-controlled environment and clean it regularly.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to make changes.

What if my guitar arrives damaged?

We have been shipping guitars for 5 years and have never had a product arrive damaged. Packing is extremely thorough and important to us. However, if your guitar is damaged in transit, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll resolve it quickly and send a refund.
